Truth be told I think I am getting old. It seems like just last week I was working at a small bistro in Bucks County popping corks, taking orders, frothing cappuccinos, and picking up my salad for table 34 from Max. Well, Max is no longer making my salads or prepping food for his father to grill, and I am no longer frothing cappuccinos. Last week I was thinking about the upcoming holiday with my daughter and it occurred to me that years have passed not just weeks. In those years Max has since graduated high school and college and is now about to begin one of the greatest chapters in his life. His Bride to be Leslie is just lovely and I look forward to working with her family and his as they begin their life together. So here’s to table 34, frothing cappuccinos, and great memories!
